Online Ordering
An offer to buy is made by Northside Pets to our customers by placing an order for products. This is effected by the customer adding products to the virtual shopping cart and proceeding with the order.
Goods are subject to availability. An email will be sent to the address entered by the customer on the Northside Pets website. Goods remain the property of Northside Pets until payment has been received.
Pricing
All prices include GST. Northside Pets will endeavour to ensure prices quoted for products are current. In the event of any variation in product description or prices, Northside Pets will contact the customer and ask for confirmation whether they wish to proceed with the purchase of the product at the correct price
Internet prices may vary from current shop prices and may not be valid in store.
Northside Pets will not accept an order if product pricing has been incorrect.

Delivery Of Goods
Delivery will be made to the buyers address. The customer shall be responsible for all delivery costs and insurance.
For bulky goods standard delivery charges may not apply, Northside Pets will notify the customer with delivery costs.
Return of goods / warranty
The buyer shall inspect the goods on delivery and contact Northside Pets within 48 hours of delivery for livestock, and within 3 days for products.
Contact must be made in writing via email to notify of damage. Northside Pets does not store cutomer credit details at any time, in the avent of a refund credit details will need to be supplied.
Please chose carefully as we do not refund due to a change of mind, we will gladly exchange.
Northside Pets is limited to replacing goods or repairing the goods provided if the following occurs.
- The buyer has contacted us in writing and not by phone to the store
- Goods are returned within 48 hours of delivery date
- Goods are returned in original packaging materials with brochures and instructions, and has not been mistreated.
